This technology starts <strong>with a plastic sheet<\/strong>, whose thickness varies from 1.00 to 10 MM. This sheet is then deformed under heat and <strong>distributed around the perimeter of a mold to form the material by suction.<\/strong>  <\/p><p>The parts are then milled and trimmed on our <strong>machining centers<\/strong> to produce the final part.<\/p><p>Thanks to this technology, the resulting parts can have<strong> different appearances<\/strong> (smooth, matt, grained&#8230;), in different shades\/colors or even transparent, with more or less complex designs and shapes.<\/p><p>There is a wide variety of thermoplastic materials with very good mechanical properties (resistance to impact, fire, UV, chemicals, etc.).<\/p><p>Thermoplastics have the advantage of lightening the weight of parts, are recycled and recyclable, and are durable and reusable solutions, operating in a \u201cclosed circuit\u201d and <strong>thus reducing environmental
